Qualifying
With a wet and changing track it was hard for all drivers to get used to, but most drivers managed
to keep the karts on the black stuff.
In the end it was a very close battle for that pole position and at the end of the 10 minute
qualifying it was Ashley Davies taking home the pole for the first race.

Race
It was an eventful first lap with pole position driver Ashley Davies spinning and dropping down the
order to 7th. Darren Goes lead the pack for the first 20 minutes, but Bradley Philpot & Andrew
Biddle were hot on his tale and closing in with every lap.
On the 22nd minute Bradley Philpot caught and overtook Darren Goes for the lead - then on the
25th minute Andrew Biddle made his move on Darren Goes to make his way up to 2nd
With 30 minutes remianing there were some really good battles all the way down the field with 2
seconds between most of the top 10.
Andrew Biddle found the pace and with every lap he was closing in on the leader Bradley Philpot.
Ashley Davies who started in pole made his way up to 4th from 7th and closed in on 3rd, but with
15 minutes remaining the main action was with Andrew Biddle - who had caught Bradley Philpot.
Andrew took the lead but from then both drivers had an epic battle for 1st & 2nd. However with
just 7 minutes remaining Andrew Biddle made a mistake and spun at turn 4 and handed Bradley
the lead.
On the same lap Ashley Davies made a move on Darren Goes and made his way to 3rd - so after
60 minutes of racing it was new boy Bradley Philpot taking home the chequered flag and the first
win.
